Harrow Labour – 6 Key Pledges

Harrow Labour are proud to announce their 6 key pledges to residents of Harrow:

1 – Freeze Council Tax in 2027

2 – 1 hour free parking to support local businesses & shoppers

3 – Double residential street cleaning in Harrow to every 2 weeks

4 – Create Harrow’s first Anti-Social Behaviour Squad to keep communities safe

5 – Tougher action on fly-tipping and introduce a private alleyway clearance scheme

6 – Crack down on illegal HMOs and rogue landlords, improving housing renting standards across the Borough

These pledges are fully costed and demonstrate our commitment to tackling the cost-of-living crisis, cleaning up Harrow and tackling anti-social behaviour.

If elected this May 7th to lead Harrow Council, we promise to make Harrow cheaper, cleaner and safer for all.
