I am proud to call Harrow my home. Having grown up and gone to school here I care deeply about the borough and decided to stand to become a councillor in 2018. I’m passionate about our parks and open spaces – learning to ride a bike in Boxtree Park and spending hours walking my grandad’s dog in Bentley Priory mean I know them well! – and am committed to keeping them clean and safe for everybody to use. Another priority of mine is the NHS. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2013 which means I’ve seen first-hand what years of Conservative cuts have done to services.
I am passionate about standing up for vulnerable residents, challenging the current administration on the £1.3m cuts to Council Tax support which will negatively impact over 4000 of our most vulnerable families.
