Upgrading Pavements on Park Lane (in full)

A few years ago, we submitted a petition to the council calling for urgent repaving along Park Lane. While the council agreed last year to resurface the stretch from Grovelands Close to Eastcote Lane junction, this falls short of what’s needed. The condition of pavements along the entire road remains a concern for councillors and residents.

We continue to receive emails and calls from residents highlighting the risks and challenges caused by the uneven and deteriorating footways. Councillors Peymana, Rashmi and Jerry have made regular site visits and agree with residents – the whole of Park Lane should be prioritised for resurfacing.

As is the case across the country, decisions around resurfacing are based on a scoring system and limited funding. However, we believe Park Lane deserves urgent attention and should be included in the council’s upcoming works programme.

To help us make the case, we need to hear from you. Please complete the form below to show your support for full repaving of Park Lane. You can sign the petition online, return the form by post, or simply take a photo of the completed form and email it to [email protected].
