Stop fly-tipping on the footpath between Ullswater Court and Imperial Drive

The footpath between Imperial Drive – near Rayners Lane station which connects to Ullswater Court near Beechcroft Avenue and Oakington Avenue – should be open to all residents.
Instead, we have constant fly-tipping and rubbish strewn at the top and bottom of the stairs.

This has been going on for far too long and it is unacceptable.

We call on Harrow Council to install CCTV to deter fly-tippers and to gain evidence of anyone who is fly-tipping so that enforcement action will be taken.

We also call on the Council to put up signage making it clear that fly-tipping and leaving waste is prohibited.
