Assess support for local Controlled Parking Zone on the Rayners Lane Estate

After receiving numerous complaints from residents of the Rayners Lane estate about parking, Roxbourne ward Councillors have started this petition to assess support for a new local Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) covering the estate.
