Petition to Tarmac the Alley Between Ludlow Close and Walton Avenue

We, the undersigned, call on Harrow Council to tarmac the alleyway between Ludlow Close and Walton Avenue.

This pathway has long suffered from overgrown shrubs, uneven surfaces, and persistent littering, making it unpleasant and difficult to use – especially for those with prams, wheelchairs, or mobility challenges.

After meeting with many local residents, Roxeth Councillors are calling on the Council to take action and properly tarmac this alley once and for all, ensuring it becomes a safe, clean and accessible route for everyone.
