We, the undersigned residents and stakeholders of Grange Farm Estate, Harrow on the Hill, are calling for the urgent installation of additional Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cameras across the estate. Over recent months, there has been a noticeable increase in incidents of anti-social behaviour, including fly-tipping, drug-related activity, noise disturbances, and intimidation. These issues are affecting the safety, well-being, and quality of life of residents—particularly families, elderly individuals, and vulnerable members of our community. While we acknowledge the efforts already made by the Council and local authorities, the current level of surveillance is insufficient to deter or respond effectively to these incidents. Additional ASB cameras would:
- Enhance community safety and reassurance
- Support police and enforcement teams with evidence gathering
- Deter criminal and nuisance behaviour
- Promote a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for all
We respectfully urge Harrow Council to prioritise the installation of further ASB cameras on Grange Farm Estate and to engage with residents in identifying key hotspot areas.
