Help Us Save Harrow Borough FC Stadium from Housing Development

Harrow Borough FC have recently announced that they will, regrettably, be selling their stadium to developers. As your local Roxeth Councillors, we are deeply saddened by this news – but we are united in standing against any plans to redevelop the Harrow Borough FC Stadium site at Earlsmead that takes away our stadium site.

Our position is clear: housing development on this site is not acceptable for our community.

The Stadium site is a designated open space and must remain protected. We also believe it should be formally listed as an Asset of Community Value (ACV) – a vital safeguard that can give local people a stronger voice over its future. An ACV designation can pause or even prevent unsuitable development by triggering a moratorium period, allowing residents the chance to organise, bid for the land, and keep it for community benefit.

Your Roxeth Councillors – Peymana Assad, Rashmi Kalu, and Jerry Miles – together with Gareth Thomas MP – are monitoring the situation closely and will oppose any planning applications brought forward. Designated open space should not be lost to housing development. This land must be safeguarded for the good of the whole community.

We, the undersigned, call on Harrow Council to protect Harrow Borough Stadium from development.
