Oppose Pinner View 9-bedroom HMO application

A 9 bedroom HMO is entirely inappropriate for a house on Pinner View and we are absolutely against this application being granted.

The owners of 87 Pinner View have submitted multiple planning applications over the last two years, some of which have been granted, some refused and some withdrawn. They have now applied for a change of use from a single dwelling to a 9 bedroom HMO.

Multiple planning and licensing violations have already been committed by the owners of 87 Pinner View and neighbours on the road have reported the high turnover of occupants, commercial-scale waste bins being used, preparatory works suggesting further intensification and clear signs that the property is being used in an illegal way.

The owners have proved that they cannot be trusted to manage the property legally or safely and we the undersigned implore Harrow Council not to grant a licence to turn this home on a residential street into a 9 bedroom HMO.
