Road Safety needed for Romney Close, Romney Drive, Vicarage Way

Your road should not be a short cut for motorists wanting to avoid the traffic lights at The Ridgeway and Imperial Drive by cutting through Vicarage Way, Alfriston Avenue and Romney Drive.

As a minimum we need to ensure all residents are safe with a Give Way sign installed at the junction of Vicarage Way with Romney Drive and Romney Close.

This will, at least, alert motorists to be aware of cars coming from Romney Close and Romney Drive.

In December, there was an accident in this area and we need to do all that we can to avoid such accidents occurring again.
