I am proud to be standing to represent the community of Wealdstone
North, following my previous role as Ward Councillor for Kenton West
from 2010 through to 2022. During my previous tenure, I served as Mayor
of Harrow for the 2014-15 municipal year, helping to raise awareness and
funds for children’s charities such as Coram.

I also engaged in local business affairs, speaking to organisations such
as the Pinner & Northwood Business Club about how the council could
support the local economy.

My career on the council covered a period of significant change in
Harrow, as the council dealt with local regeneration, budget pressures
and shifting community needs.

If elected next year, I look forward to devoting my time in local
government to encouraging business-community engagement and
civic representation, with a focus on supporting local enterprises,
infrastructure and youth-oriented charities.
